The Geography of Movies is a new spin-off from Richard DeDomenici’s The Redux Project, which focuses on movie locations, the logistics of their use, and suspension of disbelief.
The series will comprise a number of short video essays, discussing interesting examples of movie location use/abuse spotted by Richard - who watches movies very differently from most, due to the aforementioned and ongoing Redux Project.
In Episode #1 DeDomenici investigates the London location of Tom Cruise’s foot-breaking jump from Mission Impossible - Fallout.
Episode #2, made especially for UNREALITY TV, is about three more spy movies filmed in Hamburg, and a Scooter pop video.
More soon!
“It’s a really cool little fun video … I had no idea.”
